At TheyMade, parties aren’t just celebrations — they’re full-on creative experiences. Kids get to design and customize their own wearable masterpieces in our high-energy studio, guided by our fun, hands-on party hosts who keep the vibe upbeat and organized from start to finish. We handle the setup, instruction, and cleanup, so you can relax and actually enjoy the party.
Each party includes dedicated studio space, personalized projects for every guest, and plenty of time for celebrating. Want to level it up? Add custom upgrades, themed touches, or special extras to make it uniquely yours. It’s creative, it’s memorable, and every guest leaves saying, “They made it!” ✨

Frequently asked questions
Party fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 2 weeks of your party, we’re happy to issue a credit that can be used toward a future TheyMade event.
If you need to reschedule due to illness, we require at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate your new date.
Final payment is due the day of your party at checkout and is based on the final number of attendees.

Our parties are designed as drop-off experiences for guests, as our studio space is optimized for makers and party flow. We do not have space to accommodate additional adults beyond the host family.
Our trained studio assistants run the full experience and make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Please have parents drop off at the door — we’ll call the host family in when it’s party time! If you have special circumstances, just reach out and we’re happy to help.
We do not extend studio party times. The length we’ve designed is perfect for creativity, celebration, and keeping the energy high. We promise — it moves fast and is the perfect amount of time!
Yes! Final selections must be made 48 hours prior to your event. After that, projects and materials are locked in so we can prep everything perfectly for your makers.
Our studio is already festive and party-ready — we make sure every celebration feels extra special!
If you choose to bring décor:
- All items must be fully pre-assembled
- We do not hang decorations on walls
- Balloons must be on weights
- No confetti, glitter
We recommend keeping it simple so we can focus on the fun!
The party family may arrive 15 minutes prior to start time and must depart 15 minutes after party time ends.
Early arrivals or late departures may be subject to venue fees, as we host back-to-back celebrations.
Yes! We recommend PIzza's and/ or packaged snacks (bagged chips, fruit snacks, granola bars, etc.).
Food guidelines:
- Nut-free only
- Pre-plated (we do not provide bowls, trays, serving utensils, extra paper goods, or beverages)
- No hot food, burners, hot plates, or warmers
- No alcohol or hot beverages
We want to keep things safe, simple, and studio-friendly!
We recommend booking 6 weeks in advance for weekend dates. Popular times fill quickly!

How booking works
- Pick your package & time (90-minute studio block).
- Group size: 8–25 guests (craft seats are reserved for paid attendees; adults/siblings are welcome to hang out).
- Space/Host fee: $50 per event (covers dedicated hosts, set-up, and clean-up).
- Party fee: A 15% party fee (studio gratuity) is added on the pre-tax party subtotal; 100% supports our party team and is adjustable or removable on request.
What’s included
- Dedicated party host(s) + full set-up/clean-up
- All craft supplies for your package (screen printing, patching, bedazzling, tie-dye/paint/markers—varies by package)
- Patch Points per package (to spend on embellishments)
- Choice of secondary activity (e.g., Jewelry, Sunglasses, Bow-Making—varies by package)
- Optional upgrades (e.g., hats, crossbody bags)
Typical flow (90 minutes)
- Welcome & design brief (~10 min)
- Create time with guided making (~60 min)
- Finishing touches, happy birthday song & photos (~20 min)
Food & decor
- Bring bagged snacks, drinks, and cupcakes (we’ll provide a small set-up space).
- Please avoid messy décor like loose glitter/confetti. Standard birthday candles are fine—no sparklers/open flames beyond candles.
Arrival & supervision
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in; we start right at your scheduled time.
- For younger groups, we recommend a few grown-ups stay to help with transitions.
Payments & changes
- Party pricing is per attendee; upgrades are per guest.
- Need to add guests? We can always add on, max is 25 people.
- Need to reschedule or cancel? You will be able to through the booking confirmation email. You may also email/text us—we’ll work with you to find a new time or discuss refund/credit options.
What to wear
- Comfy clothes you can craft in; closed-toe shoes recommended. Heat-press areas are staff-operated.
