Party fee's are nonrefundable. If you need to cancel your party within 3 days of your party, we're happy to refund everything except your deposit of your party fee.

If you need to reschedule due to illness we need 24 hours notice.

Final payment due day of party at checkout, based on number of attendee's.

Our parties are drop off only parties. We do not have the space to accommodate the adults. Parties are hosted by studio assistants that will help make sure everything goes smoothly.

Please have all parents drop off at the door and we will call you in for your party time.

*The host of the party is absolutely welcome to stay.

No, we do not extend our Studio, Parties. The length of time we've allotted is perfect for our space, and we know you're going to love it!

As long as your final design selection is made at least 2 weeks prior to your party date, we are able to make that change for you. Please reach out to info@they-made.com for any changes.

Our studio is very festive and we make sure to make sure your partiers feel extra special!

• If you choose to bring any decor, please keep in mind: all items must be pre-assembled, we do not hang any items and balloons must be on weights.

Party family may arrive 15 minutes prior to party start time, and depart 15 minutes after party time ends. Any early arrivals or late departures are subject to venue fees.

We do not include food in our packages but you are welcome to bring any food you'd like! All outside food must follow the below guidelines:

• ✅ Packaged Snacks are best (bagged chips, fruit snacks, granola bars, etc)
• ✅ Nut-free
• ✅ Pre-plated (we do not provide bowls, trays, or serving utensils or any additional paper goods or beverages)
• 🚫 No hot food no burners, hot plates or warmers.
• 🚫 Alcohol and hot beverages are strictly prohibited.
